Hi I’m Mark Cox
Personal Trainer based in Cardiff.

I love my golf and rugby and have trained all my life, firstly to be fit for rugby but now I see the benefits of being fit and healthy to make my life easier and more enjoyable.

I love the challenge of new and varied clients. My clients range in age from a fit 70 year old to a 24 year old aspiring fitness model and someone with a serious medical condition. I can design a programme specifically for you, whatever your needs.

Whether you are looking for general fitness, weight loss, to rehabilitate and recover from an injury or prepare for a sporting event or specific job requirement, I can help you get there!

My background in training started with rugby and trying to be as fit and strong as I could so that I could reach my full potential.

As well as the knowledge I have from courses and qualifications, I have gained a vast amount of experience from training with a wide variety of athletes, from powerlifters and weight trainers to long distance runners and flexibility coaches.

My client base ranges from a couple of fit 70 year olds, to a 24 year old bikini competitor and a gentleman with a serious medical condition and everything in between.

I offer a range of services from one to one personal training, to small group sessions and full blown group classes. I have access to several gyms in the Cardiff area as well as equipment I can bring to your home. You choose your environment and I’ll design YOUR program.
